The Ticket Office is open Monday to Saturday, 10am - 8pm. On days when there is no performance the Ticket Office closes at 6pm. Telephone lines close 30 minutes before the above times.

Salisbury Playhouse Gift Vouchers and Theatre Tokens are on sale at the Ticket Office. Salisbury Playhouse gift vouchers can also be purchased online and can be exchanged for tickets to any production at the Playhouse (some exclusions may apply). Please note that Theatre Tokens can only be used in person when purchasing tickets. Salisbury Playhouse gift vouchers can be used online, over the phone or in person.

Take advantage of our Print at Home ticketing service when booking online – print out your tickets and bring them, along with the card you used to purchase the ticket/s, for the simplest way to visit Salisbury Playhouse.

When booking your tickets select the ‘Print at Home’ option. Once your booking is confirmed, a PDF of your ticket(s) will be sent to your email address. Tickets are supplied as one per page. To open your Print at Home ticket you will need Adobe Acrobat Reader, which is already installed on most PCs and Macs. If it is not installed on your PC or Mac, or your version is not up to date, please visit Adobe to download it (free of charge). If you have an issue printing your Print at Home ticket and currently have Adobe Reader installed, please re-install Adobe Reader. You can print in black and white or colour.

When entering the auditoria, you must have all relevant pages of your Print at Home tickets with you.

Print at Home Tickets are available on many productions at Salisbury Playhouse. They can be booked up until the day of the performance, subject to availability. If the Print at Home is not available, you can still select Care of Box Office or Postal Delivery.

Print at Home Restrictions – Print at Home tickets are non-transferable. Print at Home tickets are valid only on the scheduled performance.

Print at Home Ticket Reprint – If you have not received your email, Print at Home ticket or are having trouble printing your ticket, please call the Ticket Office on 01722 320 333 quoting your booking reference number.



We do not exchange or refund tickets unless a performance is cancelled. This includes moving a ticket to an alternative performance. Please check you have the correct tickets at the time of purchase.

However, on Salisbury Playhouse Productions, Members of Salisbury Playhouse may exchange tickets for another performance of the same production. The original tickets must be returned to the Ticket Office at least 24 hours before the original performance.

If you have a ticket that you are unable to use it can be returned to Salisbury Playhouse as a donation and offered for resale. Please send any unwanted tickets for donation to: Ticket Office, Salisbury Playhouse, Malthouse Lane, Salisbury, SP2 7RA.

We do not offer to resell tickets on sold-out performances but you are welcome to pass the ticket to someone else to use.

All prices are guaranteed until 1 September 2016 and may rise thereafter.

Only one concession or discount per ticket.

All concessions and discounts are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time.

Ticket prices shown are inclusive of a £1.50 fee (50p in The Salberg) that goes towards the cost of operating and maintaining Salisbury Playhouse. The fee does not apply to some selected productions.
