Salisbury Playhouse has vacancies for the following positions:
Executive Director
The Executive Director and Artistic Director share the Joint Chief Executive function at the Playhouse. Both report to and are given equal responsibility by the Board of Directors.The Executive Director's primary function is to oversee the successful and efficient management of the theatre within the financial resources available to it. See job description in application pack (download below) for more details and specific responsibilities.
This is a full-time permanent position (subject to a six month probationary period)

Development Manager
The Development Manager is responsible for all aspects of the Playhouse’s fundraising strategy and implementation. It is a diverse and hands-on role that entails both volunteer leadership and active, personal fundraising. The Development Manager is responsible for ensuring that revenue fundraising targets are met.
This is a twelve-month fixed-term position (July 2012 - June 2013, subject to a three-month probationary period)

Your theatre needs you! We are always looking to add names to our list of volunteer ushers, who are vital in running the theatre.

Summer Stage 2012 Assistants
Summer Stage is running from the 6th of August to the 18th of August.
This year we are inviting applicants to tell us about their skills and how Summer Stage would benefit from them. You must be 18 or over to apply for a placement and demonstrate a keen interest in theatre and an interest in a specific skill.
Previous roles have included Assistant Director, Production Assistant, Music and Sound Assistant, Marketing and Media Assistant.
As an assistant you will be working with professionals from both Salisbury Playhouse and Salisbury Arts Centre. Working towards a performance on the 18th of August at Salisbury Arts Centre.
Please note that this is a voluntary position
