There are several ways to book tickets for productions and events at the Playhouse:

 

Book Online

The easiest way is to book online, where you can now select the seats of your choice, without paying a booking fee.

 

Box Office Opening Hours

Monday – Saturday, 10am – 8pm

Phone lines close 30 minutes before performances start.

On days when there is no public performance, the Box Office closes at 6pm and phone lines close at 5.30pm.
 

Additional opening times during Salisbury International Arts Festival:

Sunday 27 May: 10am-11.30am & 6pm-7.30pm

Sunday 3 June: 6pm-8pm

Monday 4 June: 10am-11.30am & 6pm-8pm

Tuesday 5 June: 10am-11.30am & 5.30pm-7.30pm

Receiving your tickets

Your tickets can be posted to you for a fee of £1 or collected from the Box Office in person.

 
Reservations

Tickets can be reserved for up to 7 days.
Group bookings (12 or more) must be paid for eight weeks before the performance.

Exchanges and Refunds

Tickets may be exchanged for another performance of the same production up to 24 hours before a performance. Refunds are not available although, for sold out performances, tickets can be offered for resale at a cost of £1 per ticket. Original tickets must be returned to the Box Office for any exchanges.

As a benefit of their membership, Friends of the Playhouse are not charged for the resale of tickets, and may also exchange tickets for a credit note if they cannot attend an alternative performance.

Gift Vouchers

Salisbury Playhouse Gift Vouchers and Theatre Tokens are on sale at the Box Office. Gift vouchers can be exchanged for tickets to any Playhouse production.
