Your tickets can be posted to you for a fee of £1 or collected from the Box Office in person.
Tickets can be reserved for up to 7 days.
Group bookings (12 or more) must be paid for eight weeks before the performance.
Exchanges and Refunds
Tickets may be exchanged for another performance of the same production up to 24 hours before a performance. Refunds are not available although, for sold out performances, tickets can be offered for resale at a cost of £1 per ticket. Original tickets must be returned to the Box Office for any exchanges.
As a benefit of their membership, Friends of the Playhouse are not charged for the resale of tickets, and may also exchange tickets for a credit if they cannot attend an alternative performance.
Salisbury Playhouse Gift Vouchers and Theatre Tokens are on sale at the Box Office. Gift vouchers can be exchanged for tickets to any Playhouse production.
